Return Policy

We hope that you’ll love our products.

However, if for whatever reason you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange the product. We will gladly refund the full purchase price (excluding delivery), upon receipt of the returned product or valid tracking confirmation showing the parcel has been sent to our return address.

• We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your product to request a return
• To be eligible for a return, your product can be open but we do not accept empty bottles
• We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return
• All returns will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase
• Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our office receiving your item.

 

All returns must include a valid tracking number. We are unable to process refunds without either receiving the returned item or tracking confirmation.
